摘要
构建了兰州市社会经济与环境协调发展评价指标体系,运用基于联系度的同异反态势排序的指数评价模型评价了兰州市96-2001年社会经济与环境协调发展水平。评价结果表明,兰州市社会经济与环境协调发展能力逐年稳步上升,但总的水平仍较低。
This paper established the appraisal indicator system of social, economical and environmental coordinative development in Lanzhou city. An index modei based on the state ordering of the similarities, differences and con-verse of the connection degree was used to evaluate the levels of coordinative development in Lanzhou city from 1996 to 2001. The results of the evaluation show that the levels raised with steady steps year after year, but in the mass, it's stili comparatively low.
