摘要
通过对大连市地下防水工程现状的分析,从一个侧面反映了目前我国地下工程建设普遍存在的问题,即降低防水设计标准、削减防水造价、随意变更设计材料以及施工管理粗放、偷工减料等,同时指出了其对工程长期安全的危害性。
From analysis of current stat-ue of Dalian underground waterproofing works,it can be seen that some prob-lems exist in construction of domestic underground projects,such as reducing waterproof design requirements,cutting off waterproofing cost,altering arbi trarily materials specified and using inferiormaterials and working shoddily.Those,the article points out,are ex tremely harmful to the projects from long-term safety point of view.
