T淋巴细胞与接触性超敏反应研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 接触性超敏反应为T细胞对接触皮肤抗原所产生的迟发型超敏反应,T细胞通过分泌细胞因子及黏附分子表达改变,迁移至局部皮损,发挥着效应和调节双重功能。综述了与T细胞募集皮肤相关的黏附分子和细胞趋化因子,以及在接触性超敏反应中效应性和调节性T细胞及其分泌细胞因子与该反应的关系。
