摘要
环境是人类赖以生存和发展的基础,对经济与社会的发展具有推动和约束的双重作用。保护和改善环境为经济发展提供物质基础,经济发展又为保护环境提供更好的条件。文章阐述了临汾市当前面临的环境形势,探讨了产生这些问题的根源,提出了切实可行的防治对策。
The environment, which is the foundation of human being's existence and development, possesses double functions of promoting and restricting the development of economy and society. The protection and improvement of environment can provide physical support for economic development, and economic development can provide the better conditions for the protection of environment. This paper expounds the present environmental situation of Linfen City, probes into the reasons of the occurrence of these problems, and puts forward some practicable preventive countermeasures.
