稀土添加剂在激光熔敷自熔合金上的应用 被引量:4

摘要 对以2Cr13钢为基材,表面激光熔敷钴基自熔合金涂层中稀土元素的添加方式及稀土对熔敷层组织及性能的影响进行了深入的研究。试验结果表明:采用Cr-Y,Co-Y中间合金的方式,将性质活泼的稀土元素钇加入到钴基自熔合金涂层中的方法是可行的,且以采用Cr-Y中间合金尤为合适。稀土元素钇的加入,改善了激光熔敷层的组织,使合金敷层的硬度、耐磨性等综合机械性能均有一定的提高。 The effects of the adding methodes of rare-earth element in the laser coating Co-base self-smelting alloy on the surface of steel 2Cr13 and the effect of rare-earth element on the microstructures and properties of the coating layerhad been studied. The experimental results show that the method of adding active rare-rarth Y in the way of Cr-Y, Co-Y interalloy into Co-base self-smelting alloy is feasible, and the way of adding Cr-Y interalloy is more suitable. The addition of rare-earth Yttrium can improve the microstructure of laser coated layer,thus improve the mechanical property,such as hardness, wear resistance, etc.
