摘要
目的 探讨外伤性视神经病变糖皮质激素治疗的效果。方法 外伤性视神经病变患者 47例 (47只眼 ) ,2 2例应用大剂量糖皮质激素冲击治疗 ,2 5例常规量糖皮质激素治疗。根据视力变化评价其治疗效果。结果 大剂量糖皮质激素治疗组有效率 6 3.6 3%,常规剂量治疗组有效率 2 8.0 %。结论 大剂量糖皮质激素治疗外伤性视神经病变 ,效果优于常规量糖皮质激素治疗效果。
Objective Therapeutic efficacy of traumatic optic neuropathy treated with corticosteroid.Methods 47 eyes (47 cases) with traumatic optic neuropathy were treated with (22 cases) and convenient-dose(25 cases) corticosteriod.The therapy effect were analyzsed according to outcome visual acuity.Results The effective therapy were obtained on high-dose group at 63.63% and convenient-dose group at 28.0%.Conclusion The high-dose corticosteroid is superior to convenient-dose corticosteriod in the treatment of traumatic optic neuropathy.
