摘要
目的 了解红细胞包蔽吗啡 (PBC M)对儿童脊柱侧弯矫形手术的术后拔管时间的影响。方法 随机选择ASAⅠ~Ⅲ级 (AmericanSocietyofAnesthesiologistsphysicalstatus)择期手术患者 6 0例 ,实验组A ,B ,C各 15例及对照组D组 15例。实验组A ,B ,C的患者使用红细胞包蔽吗啡术后镇痛 ,对照组D组予以生理盐水。将制作好的药物在手术结束前 30min给予患者。记录患者的给药时间、清醒时间和拔管时间以及芬太尼的用量。记录拔管前的生命体征。结果 A、B组和D组间拔管时间差异无显著性 ,C组拔管时间明显延长。结论 红细胞包蔽吗啡用于儿童脊柱侧弯矫形手术的术后镇痛 。
Objective To investigate the effect of red blood cell encapsulated morphine (RBC M) on extubation time in pediatric patients after scoliosis correction surgery.Methods Sixty pediatric patients(ASAⅠ~Ⅲ) undergoing elective scoliosis correction surgery under general anesthesia were randomly divided into four groups:experiment group A( n =15),B( n =15),C( n =15) and control group D( n =15).Thirty minutes before the end of the surgery,all patients in group A,B,C received RBC M 0.12 mg/kg(group A),0.24 mg/kg(group B) and 0.36 mg/kg(group C) respectively,while patients in group D received purely physiological saline.The medication time.wakeup time,extubation time and fentanyltotal dosage during the surgery were recorded.The vital signs before extubation were recorded.Results The extubation time were significantly prolonged in group C,while there were no obvious differences between group A,B and D.Conclusion RBC M can provide a wide safe dosage range in pediatric patients underwent scoliosis correction surgery.
