摘要 目的 建立紫菀中紫菀酮含量测定的 HPL C方法。方法 外标法 ,Zorbax C8色谱柱为固定相 ,10 0 %乙腈为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 0 0 nm,流速为 1.0 m L/ min。结果 紫菀酮线性范围为 4 9.8~ 4 98μg/ m L ( r=0 .9999,n=7) ,平均回收率为 98.10 % ,RSD=1.4 4 % ( n=3)。结论 本方法操作简便、快速、准确 。 Object To determine the content of shionone in Aster tataricus L f by HPLC method Methods An external standard method with Zorbax C 8 as fixed phase and Acetonitrile as mobile phase was adopted The wavelength for the detection was 200 nm and the flow rate was 1 0 mL/min Results The linear range for the determination of shionone was 49 8-498 μg/mL (r=0 999 9, n=7) The average recovery was 98 10% and RSD was 1 44% (n=3) Conclusion The method is easy to operate, rapid and accurate It is adoptable for quantity analysis of shionone in A tataricus
