摘要
目的:研究商陆皂苷甲(EsA)对自身免疫综合征模型小鼠的疗效。方法:采用ELISA、3H-TdR掺入和病理学检测3种方法,分别观察EsA对模型小鼠抗ds-DNA抗体水平、淋巴细胞转化水平及内脏炎症的影响。结果:EsA在5~20 mg/kg剂量范围内能降低模型小鼠升高的抗ds-DNA抗体和淋巴细胞转化水平,且能显著地改善模型小鼠内脏组织的炎症。结论:EsA对自身免疫综合征模型小鼠有显著的治疗作用,EsA有希望成为治疗自身免疫疾病的有效药物。
Objective:To investigate the effect of esculentoside A (EsA) on autoimmune disease mice model. Methods: With ELISA, 3H-TdR incorpration and pathological section,the effects of EsA on the level of anti-ds-DNA antibody, proliferation of lymphoid cells and inflammation were examined respectively. Results: The results showed that EsA potently decreased the level of anti-ds-DNA antibody and the transformation of lymphoid cells, and improved inflammation in the model mice at a dose of 5-20 mg/kg. Conclusion: The results suggest that EsA might be a potential drug for autoimmune disease.
