摘要
目的 :为药店开展优良用药咨询服务提出建议。方法 :对消费者进行问卷调查 ,对调查结果进行统计学处理。结果 :大多数消费者需要和认可用药咨询服务 ,并希望通过用药咨询获得医药知识。结论 :药店应积极推行《优良药房工作规范》 。
OBJECTIVE:To bring out the suggestions for the drug stores in carrying out good pharmacy consultation serˉvice by means of learning about the consumer's needs and opinions.METHODS:The questionnaire was laid out to make an inv_ estigation and the data was statistically analysed.RESULTS:Most of consumers accepted pharmacy consultation service and they desired to obtain medicinal knowledge by means of pharmacy consultation.CONCLUSION:The drug stores should carry out Good Pharmacy Practice and offer active service.The drug stores need to popularize medicinal knowledge.
