摘要
目的 探讨β3肾上腺能受体 (β3AR)基因 Trp6 4 Arg变异与 2型糖尿病慢性并发症的关系。方法 对 132例无亲缘关系的山东汉族 2型糖尿病患者进行了 β3AR基因多态性分析 ,按有无基因变异分为两组 ,比较两组间糖尿病慢性并发症患病率的差异。结果 基因变异组冠心病 (CHD)、糖尿病下肢血管病变 (DL EVD)的患病率显著高于无基因变异组 (P <0 .0 5 )。
Objective In order to investigate the relationship between Trp64Arg mutation in β 3 adrenergic receptor(β 3AR) gene and chronic complications of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 132 cases from unrelated Shandong Han population were screened for β 3AR gene polymorphism.Two groups were divided according to gene variation or not and the morbidity rate of the chronic complications were compared.Results The morbidity rate of coronary heart disease(CHD) and diabetic low-extremity vascular disease(DLEVD) in the gene mutation group was significantly higher than that in the non-gene mutation group(P<0.05).Conclusion There is some relationship between β 3AR gene variation and diabetic macrovascular complications.
