可持续发展作为一种新的发展目标和发展模式 ,已被世界各国普遍接受。在当前 ,要更好地实行可持续发展 ,实现社会的稳定、持续、健康的发展 ,必须强调立足于以科技为基础 ,以伦理道德规范为引导 。
As a new developing target and mode, sustainable development has been adopted by every country in the world. At present, in order to carry out the sus tainable development effectively, it must be based on science and technology, gu ided by norm ethics and guaranteed by law.
