摘要
本文在现代性与前现代性社会界分基础之上,立足于现代性社会价值立场,研究现代性社会伦理秩序之真实内容。认为,宗法—礼俗是前现代伦理秩序范式,其核心是宗法等级制;公民—权利是现代伦理秩序范式,其核心是权利及其平等。这两种伦理秩序范式的差别与对立,并不简单地是近代以来东西方民族间伦理秩序的差别与对立,它是人类文明演进中的两个不同阶段。当代中国现代化进程中所要建立的伦理秩序应是公民—权利范式。
This paper studies the verities of ethical order of the modernity society from its value standpoint on the basis of the differentiotion between modernity society and premodernity society.The author holds that patriarchal systemetiquette and custom is the ethical order paradigm of premodernity with patriarchal hierarchical system as its core; While the citizenright is the ethical order paradigm of modernity with right and its equality as its core. The differentiation and opposition between the two ethical order paradigms is not a simple differentiation and opposition between Western nations and Oriental ones ever since modern era, but two different phases during civilization evolution. The ethical order to be constructed in the course of our Chinese modernization ought to be the paradigm of citizenright.
