摘要
本文报道应用二维超声心动图检查腹部大血管诊断心房位置异常63例。与高千伏胸片观察支气管形态或尸检结果比较,超声诊断心房位置与支气管形态一致的,右房对称位32/34例(94％),左房对称位18/23例(78.3％),心房反位6/6例(100％)。心房位置异常者均伴其他心脏畸形。本文结果表明腹部大血管超声检查是可靠的、无创性诊断心房位置的方法。
Xin Hua Hospital, Shanghai Second Medical University, Shanghai 200092This pader reports 63 patients with anomalous atrial situs diagnosed by 2-dimensional echocardiography (2DE) of abdominal vessels. In comparison with the results of bronchial appearence recognized by high kilovoltage chest film or autopsy, atrial situs determined by 2DE was found concordant with bronchial appearence in 32 of 34 patients (94%) with right atrial isomerism, 18 of 23 patients (78.3%) with left atrial isomerism, and 6 of 6 patients (100%) with situs inversis of atria. All patients with anomalous situs of atria were associated with other cardiac malformations. The results of this series showed that ultrasonography of abdominal great vessels could be utilized as a reliable and noninvasive method for determining atrial situs.
