摘要
采用扫描电镜观察放射对前庭的影响,发现豚鼠听泡区40 Gy γ射线照射后,前庭耳石变形,囊斑和壶腹嵴毛细胞纤毛紊乱、倒伏、融合及脱落,少许毛细胞坏死。其病理改变类似耳毒性药物和噪声对前庭的损害。
The effect of γ-ray on vestibule was studied with scanning electron microscope. The bullae of guinea pig were irradiated with 40Gy dose of γ-ray. Otoconias in vestibule were deformed. Sensory cell cilia were in disorder, melt and lost, and a few sensory cells degenerated in macula and crista ampullaris. The pathologic change of radiation injury of vestibulae was similar to that induced by noise and ototoxic drug.
