摘要
改革开放以来,我国确定了建设“小康”社会的奋斗目标,但到目前为止,我国仍然处于低水平的不均衡的发展阶段。党的十六大提出了全面建设小康社会的新目标,这一目标的实现就需要一个强大的高等教育体系的支撑。为此,本文提出了“建设高等教育强国”的目标与任务,并从规模,质量;质量,结构,效益,思想等五个方面提出了建设高等教育强国的努力方向。
In this paper the author puts forwards the goal and tasks of building China into a strong higher education Country and points out 5 aspects for Chinese higher education to strive for, i. e. , the scale, the quality, the structure, the economic retums and ideology.
