指出了重合器与电压—时间型分段器配合的馈线自动化系统的不足 ,论述了采用重合器与电压—电流型开关配合方式的改进方案 ,它具有暂时故障恢复速度快、永久故障处理时间短的优点 ,且不需要借助“残压”作为判断闭锁的条件 ,因此十分可靠。结合实例详细描述了这种方案的重合器、分段开关和联络开关的基本功能及系统的工作原理 。
Some weaknesses of reclosers and voltage-time-mode sectionalizers based feeder automation are pointed out. An improved approach based on reclosers and voltage-current-mode pole-mounted switches (RVC) is described, which can reliably ensure quick restoration for a temporary fault and use less time for handling a permanent one while requiring no residual voltage for locking determination. The principles of RVC and the basic functions of reclosers, sectionalizing switches and looped switches are discussed with examples. The way to calculate the settings of sectionalizing and looped switches in the looped network and grid network is detailed.
