摘要
党的十六大确立的全面建设小康社会的目标,蕴含着深刻的哲学理论,体现着量变和质变的辩证关系。这一目标是对小康内涵认识的不断深化和发展,这一目标是中国特色社会主义经济、政治、文化全面发展的目标。
The 16th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party establishes a goal of building a 'welloff society in an allround way' in China, which contains a deep philosophic theory reflecting the dialectical relation of change between quantity and quality. This goal not only reflects the continuing and deepening understanding of the meaning of the 'welloff society', but also includes every aspect of developments in the regions of economy, politics, culture, etc., with the Chinese characteristics of socialism.
