摘要
要实现高强度、粗规格预应力钢丝的连续高速拉拔 ,首先要解决的是钢丝发热问题。通过两组试验对高碳钢丝连续拉拔时的温升对钢丝力学性能的影响进行论述 ,得出因温升而产生的时效脆化现象严重降低钢丝的塑性和韧性指标 。
In order to realize continuously high speed drawing of thick prestressed concrete steel wire with high strength,wire's generating heat must be resolved first.The effects of temperature going up of high carbon steel wire when drawn continuously on mechanical property are discussed through two group experiments.The result shows that the aging brittleness phenomenon caused by temperature going up reduce plasticity and toughness target of steel wire heavily,and the necessary measures to control temperature going up are put forward.
