摘要
本研究用牛血红蛋白为原料,探索牛血红蛋白与葡聚糖进行共价连接的途径,成功地建立了聚合牛血红蛋白方法。实验结果表明牛血红蛋白能有效地与葡聚糖交联,增加了血红蛋白分子量,稳定了血红蛋白的结构,同时也保持了修饰后牛血红蛋白较好的氧亲和力,从而为血液代用品的研究开辟了一条途径。
In this study, hemoglobin was purified from bovine blood and a method to modify bovine hemoglobin was developed using dextran 40. The results showed that bovine hemoglobin could be effectively crosslinked to dextran 40. The crosslinked bovine hemoglobin still remains oxygen affinity at a satisfactory level and it suggested that the modified bovine hemoglobin could be a potential blood substitute.
