Detection of Soluble Fas Receptor Level in Serum from Aplastic Anemia Patients and Its Significance

摘要 测定再生障碍性贫血(AA)患者血清可溶性Fas受体(sFas R)水平,探讨其临床意义。采用ELISA法和放射免疫分析法检测30例AA患者血清sFas R,IFN-γ和TNF-α水平。实验结果表明,急性AA(AAA)和慢性AA(CAA)组sFas R水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.01),TNF-α和IFN-γ水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。AAA组与CAA组比较,除IEN-γ水平AAA组显著高于CAA组外(P<0.05),sFasR和TNF-α均无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论提示,血清sFas R水平降低可能是促进造血干细胞凋亡因素之一。 In order to explore the clinical significance for the level of soluble Fas receptor (sFas R) in serum, the levels of sFas R, IFN-γ and TNF-α in serum from 30 patients with aplastic anemia were detected by ELISA and ra-dioimmunoassay. The sFas R levels in serum from patients with acute aplastic anemia (AAA) and chronic aplastic anemia (CAA) were all significantly lower than that from normal control (P<0.01), and the TNF-a and IFN-γ levels were significantly higher than that in normal control (P<0.05, P<0.01). The sFas R and TNF-α the lervelin levels were no difference between AAA group and CAA group ( P > 0. 05 ), but the IFN-y level in AAA group was markedly higher than the level in CAA group (P < 0.05). The decrease of the sFas R level in serum from patients with AA may be one of the factors that proceed apoptosis of hematopoietic stem cells.
