摘要
为更好地满足全社会对国土资源信息共享的越来越迫切的需求,为使其标准化的工作在统一的框架下进行,采用协调一致的方法实现整体效益最佳,我们借鉴国际信息标准的思路,以在更大的范围内实现信息的集成与共享为目标,研究并提出了国土资源信息标准化的技术框架-国土资源信息标准参考模型(以下简称参考模型)。该模型阐述国土资源信息标准化的对象、总体需求、涉及的概念、标准的构成框架与相互关系、标准制定与使用的基本原则。本文重点阐述提出国土资源信息标准参考模型的背景、内容及要点。
In order to meet the increasing need for the information of land and resources, we have developed and brought forward a technical framework for standardization of information of land and resources - the reference model for information standards of land and resources to ensure an integrated and consistent approach and under unified framework . The main goal is to make the standards get the best optimum as a whole, and to integrate and share the information widely. The reference model describes the objects, overall requirements, related concepts for the standardization, and structure and relationship of the standards as well as the fundamental principles that apply in developing and using the standards. The focus of the paper is background, content and key points of the reference model.
