摘要 电力系统相量(包括电流、电压等)的同步采样对于电力系统继电保护、故障判断、系统稳定分析等都具有重要意义。针对如何获得同步脉冲即如何实现同步采样这个关键问题,例举了几种同步实现方法:主站广播对时法,基于通信信道的采样时间补偿法以及卫星授时法等,最后指出利用GPS卫星授时与锁相技术相结合的方法是一种切实可行的方法。 The synchronous sampling on phase variables(current, voltage, etc) is very important to power system relaying protection,fault location, system stability analysis, etc. How to acquire sources of synchronizing pulse, that is to say the synchronous sampling, is always a crucial problem. This paper presents some methods on synchronous sampling: broadcasting from a central location, sampling time compensation method through communication channels and broadcasting from satellites. Finally, a practical method which combines GPS and phase locked technology is put forward.
