摘要
随着网络信息技术的迅速发展 ,网络文化对人们的影响也日益深刻。针对网络文化的特点及其两面性 ,高校思想政治教育工作者必须提高自身的素质和水平 ,及时构建网上思想政治教育阵地 ,重视网络文化的建设 ,采取有效措施加强网上管理 。
With fast development of network information technology,network cultures have a greater influence on people .In terms of its characteristics and dual character,university's ideology and politics workers have to better their own quality and standard,and construct in time ideological and political educational position on network and attach importance to establishment of network culture,and adopt effective measures to tighten up the management,so that it can fit in with the deeds of development of network times.
