摘要 本文从理论上分析了提高低合金超高强度钢韧性的可能性,综述了近年来国内外提高低合金超高强度钢韧性的进展情况,提出了一些可行的工艺方法。适当降低钢中的碳含量,增加镍、钼含量,根据不同用途调整硅含量以及超净化冶炼,可以显著改善钢的韧性。合适的热处理工艺,对改善钢的韧性也是非常重要的。 This article theoretically analyses the possibility of improving the toughness of low-alloy ultrahigh strength steel.It summarizes the achievements made in this field both at home and abroad in the recent years,and comes up with some feasible technological methods.It holds that the steel's toughness can be improved re markably by reducing the carbon content in it properly,increasing its nickel and molybdenum content and coordinating the silicon con tent according to diverse uses as well as through ultra-purifying smelting,and an appropriate heat-treatment technology is also of great importance to the improvement of the steel's toughness.
