摘要
从沪、浙、皖的桃、梨、苹果、柿等发病果树上收集到33份根癌样品,从中分离得Agrobacterium tumefaciens菌株219株,经生化测定及选择培养基测试,其中212株分属生化Ⅰ型(占44%)、Ⅱ型(占27%)和不稳定型(29%),未发现生化Ⅲ型。还明确了上海地区桃树根癌病菌均为生化Ⅰ型或Ⅱ型,其比例各为50%。在被测梨、苹果、柿的根癌病菌中以生化Ⅱ型居多,分别为100.0%,73.6%,75.0%。该项结果为利用K84菌株生物拮抗作用,开辟新的防治途径。提供了理论依据。
219 strains of Agrobacterium tumefaciens were isolated by the authors from the samples collected from 33 disease patches of crown gall on diseased trees of peach, pear, apple and persimmon grown in Shanghai, Zhejiang and Anhui area. Among the 212 strains we have got 44% of Agrobacterium tumefaciens as biotype Ⅰ , 27% as biotype Ⅱ , biotype Ⅲ was not found through the biotype test and selective media test. Besides, there were 29% strains being unstable. All the strains of Agrobacterium tumefacieus on peach trees grown in Shanghai suburbs were biotype Ⅰ or Ⅱ at the rate of 50%, respectively. Most the identified Agrobaeterium tumefaciens on pear, apple and persimmon trees were biotype Ⅲ at the rate of 100%, 72.6% ,75%, respectively.After finding out biotype of the bacteria, we can make use of the antagonism of K84 strains effectively so as to open a new way and to provide basic theory for controlling the disease.
