摘要
论述了高校图书馆在信息服务市场竞争中要想赢得主动,就必须培养自己的核心竞争力,而提高核心竞争力是通过建立特色馆藏、创新服务理念和管理机制、提高人员素质来实现的。
This paper discusses on that the university library must cultivate its own core competence if it wants to gain the initiative in the competition of information service market, and the strengthening of the core competence relies on building a library with characteristics, innovation of service conception management mechanism, and improving the quality of the staff as well.
