摘要
目的 探讨鼻咽癌 (NPC)的CT表现。方法 回顾分析 76例经病理证实的NPC的CT征象。结果 主要CT表现为 :①鼻咽腔形态改变 ;②骨质破坏 ;③咽旁软组织受累 ;④周围组织结构侵犯 ;⑤颈部淋巴结转移。结论 CT检查可准确显示NPC侵犯的范围和程度 。
Objective To study CT features of nasophary ngeal carcinoma(NPC).Methods CT Manifestations in 76 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma pathologically proved were studied retrospectively.Results CT showed:①The change of nasopharynx cavity's shape;②Destruction of bone;③Displacement or encasement of parapharyngeal soft tissue;④Involvement of adjacent organs and structures;⑤Metastases to lymphnodes of the neck.Conclusion CT could provide accurate assessment of the scope invaded by NPC.
