摘要
网络计划工序作业时间的实现受多种不确定性因素的影响 ,因此确定工序的具体作业时间较为困难 ,在编制网络计划时经常需要对工序实现的可能性进行判定。为了减少判定过程中的主观随意性 ,提出了一种基于联系数联系分量 (a ,b ,c)大小关系排序的判定方法。此方法能在已知各影响因素重要次序而不知其权重值时作出合理的判定。应用实例表明 ,这是一种方便、实用、可行的方法。
The possibility of realizing a working procedure duration in a network planning is influenced by many uncertainties, therefore, it is difficult to determine the working procedure duration. In making the network planning, it is usually necessary to judge the possibility of realization. In order to decrease the subjectivity in judgment, a new method based on connection components \%(a,b,c)\%of connection number is presented. With this method a reasonal judgment can be made under the condition of known sequence of factors and unknown weighted value of factors. Examples indicate the method is convenient, practical and feasible.
