硬脂酸二乙醇胺酯型柔软剂的合成 被引量:6

摘要 合成了低成本的硬脂酸二乙醇胺酯型柔软剂。通过研究尿素和硬脂酸的量、二乙醇胺与尿素的反应条件以及甲酸和乙酸成盐对产品性能的影响 ,获得了较佳配方和工艺 ,即通入氮气 ,以亚磷酸为催化剂 ,二乙醇胺 /尿素 (摩尔比 ) =1∶1,在 15 0℃反应 3~ 4h ,然后升温到 170℃反应 3h ,稍冷加入硬脂酸 (与二乙醇胺摩尔比为 1.8∶1)于 180℃反应 4h ,冷却到 90℃加入甲酸 (与二乙醇胺摩尔比为 1∶1) ,升温到 12 0℃反应 1h ,冷却得产品。性能测试结果表明 ,它是热水开料的弱阳离子表面活性剂 ,泛黄低、w =10 %的水剂度稠度高。 A low cost softening agent of the diethanolamine stearate type was synthesized. By studying the influences of the amount ratio of urea to stearic acid, the reaction conditions of diethanolamine with urea, and the salt formation with formic acid or acetic acid upon the product properties, the optimum manufacturing formula and reaction conditions were obtained as follows: the reaction was carried out in nitrogen atmosphere; the molar ratio of diethanolamine to urea 1∶1; the reaction temperature and time were at 150 ℃ for 34 h, then at 170 ℃ for 3 h. After cooling a little, 1.8 moles of stearic acid were added and reacted at 180 ℃ for 4 h. When the mixture was cooled to 90 ℃, 1.8 moles of formic acid were added and reacted at 120 ℃ for 1 h. Then the mixture was cooled and poured out. It is a weak cationic softening agent and could be dispersed in hot water, the consistency of w =10% solution is higher, the yellowing property is low and the softening effect is good.
