摘要
用改性 β沸石催化精馏合成丙二醇单乙醚 ,考察了反应温度 (压力 )、乙醇与环氧丙烷进料摩尔比、环氧丙烷空速、塔顶回流量与环氧丙烷流量之比对反应转化率和选择性的影响 ,确定了反应的最佳工艺条件 :反应温度 =110~ 130℃ ,乙醇 /环氧丙烷 (摩尔比 ) =( 1.5~ 2 )∶1,空速 =0 .4~ 0 .8h-1,回流量与环氧丙烷进料量之比 =6∶1,在此条件下 ,环氧丙烷接近完全转化 ,单醚选择性和单醚收率达 90 %以上。
The mono etherification of propylene oxide (PO) with ethanol using β zeolite as catalyst by catalytic distillation was studied. The influences of reaction temperature(pressure), molar ratio of ethanol to PO and volume ratio of reflux to PO feed rate on the conversion of PO, yield and selectivity of propylene glycol monoethyl ether were investigated. The optimal reaction conditions were as follows: reaction temperature 110130 ℃, WHSV of PO 0.40.8 h -1 , ethanol/PO(molar ratio) ( 1.5 2)∶1, volume ratio of reflux to PO feed rate 6. Under these conditions, the conversion of PO is about 100%, the selectivity and yield of propylene glycol monoethyl ether are higher than 90%.
