卵母细胞纺锤体观察及在辅助生殖领域应用与展望 被引量:4

摘要 在细胞分裂过程中,纺锤体对卵母细胞染色体的运动、分配和极体的排出非常关键。以往研究动物卵母细胞纺锤体的方法都是侵袭性的,对于人卵母细胞不能广泛应用。近来,活卵母细胞纺锤体的观察方法已基本成熟,通过这些观察方法可以非侵袭性地观测研究卵母细胞中纺锤体的形态和动力学特征。在人类辅助生殖领域有广阔的应用前景。
