摘要
前郭石化分公司0.6 Mt/a重油催化裂化装置分馏塔底脱过热段原设计采用盘圈式挡板.处理量提高到0.72Mt/a时塔底油浆循环取热能力不足、脱过热效果不好.盘圈式挡板经扩径改造,问题依旧存在,效果不明显.将盘圈式挡板改造为人字形挡板后,取得了很好的效果,塔底取热能力提高了约50%,产品分布变好,总液体产品收率提高了1.03个百分点,每年可增加经济效益677.934×104RMB$.
Coiled baffle was adopted in the fractionator bottom desuperheating section of 12 000 b/d RFCC unit of Qianguo Petrochemical Company. Recycle heat removal for the bottom slurry was inadequate to achieve a good desuperheating effect when the capacity of unit was increased to 14 400 b/d. Coiled baffle diameter was expanded but the result was not ideal. Afterwards the coiled baffle was replaced by 人-type baffle and the excellent effect has been obtained. Bottom heat removal has been increased by 50% with a good product slate. Total liquid yield has increased by 1.03 percent and the annual economic benefits have been added by 677.934 × 104 RMB yuan.
