摘要
随着小城镇战略地位的确立和小城镇发展战略的实施，我国小城镇建设进入了一个新的发展时期，并对我国城市化进程和经济社会发展产生了深刻影响。作者从我国小城镇建设及其生态环境保护的现实出发，就其存在的问题、问题的成因和应采取的措施进行了深入分析。作者认为，当前我国的小城镇建设与发展在取得了一定进展的同时，也产生了一系列新的环境问题，并成为制约小城镇建设与发展的一个重要因素。加强生态环境保护和建设，对于促进我国小城镇发展战略的实施和可持续发展具有重要意义。
With the strategic position of small cities and towns being set up and their development strategy coming into effect , the construction of small cities and towns in our country is coming into a new era, which has deeply influenced urbanization process and economic development of our country. Based on the reality of construction and environmental protection of The small cities and towns , the author analyses the existing problems , the causes and countermeasures.
