摘要
作者以西部城市扩张所产生的土地征用补偿问题为切入点，讨论西部城市扩张过程中存在的征地及征地补偿问题，重点分析土地征用补偿标准和土地补偿机制，探寻征地补偿制度创新，以期能推动西部地区城乡经济的协调发展和加快城市化发展的进程。
This paper mainly deals with land requisition and its indemnifying measures in the process of the expansion of cities. It analyses particularly land requisition indemnifying criterions and the related mechanism while exploring ways of achieving innovations of land system and requisition indemnifying measures so as to promote coordinate economic development of both town and countryside and city expansion in west China.
