摘要
桥口油田是目前中原油田深层气开发的重点区块之一 ,该地区由于油气层埋藏深 ,分布广 ,井底温度高 ,在固井过程中易发生油气窜槽 ,在高温条件下水泥石强度也会急聚衰退。针对桥口油田固井的特点 ,着重分析研究了高温高压条件下的防气窜水泥体系 ,提出了一些有针对性的技术措施 ,通过 1 999年以来 1 0口井的固井实际应用 ,达到了固井一次合格率1 0 0 % ,优质率 70 %的良好效果 ,固井技术在该地区日臻完善。
Qiaokou oilfield is one of the important areas where Zhongyuan Oilfield developed deep-layer natural gas these years.Oil and gas layers are deep and spread widely.The bottom temperature of the well is high,oil and gas intrude the lement loop easily.The strength of cement declines under the high temperature.According to the above factors,anti-intrude cement slurry system was researched and some pertinency measures are mentioned in the article.From 1999,10 wells were applied.Once cementing qualified rate reaches to 100%,and high-qualified rate reaches 90%.The cementing technology is becoming more and more perfect.
