摘要
近年来 ,衢州市公路建设成绩显现 ,半小时交通圈已基本形成 ,但县乡公路建设相对滞后 ,笔者就如何运用市场机制加快县乡公路建设的途径与措施提出建议。
After some years hard work,the half hours traffic network has been formed in Quzhou City.However,the rural highways construction is lagged comparatively.So some suggest is put forward in this paper about how to speed up the rural highways construction using market mechanism.
