摘要
本文结合乐清湾高架桥成功实施桩底压浆工艺的实例 ,详细介绍压浆的施工方法、质保措施及一些施工经验和体会。通过承载力、经济性比较 ,论述了桩底后压浆是一种提高钻孔灌注桩承载力、节约工程造价、加快工程进度的新工艺、新方法。实践证明该工艺技术简单可靠 ,值得推广。
The construction of grouting,puality ensuring and some experience were introduced particularly combined with the example of Le-Qing gulf viaduct According to the comparison of carrying capacity and economy,the post grouting technolgy is a new kind of method which is used to increase carrying capacity of the non-displacement pile,to reduce project cost and to expedite the project It has been proued that this method is reliable and is worth generalizing
