摘要
本文根据粉体的极限带电量,建立了有限空间的静电场模型。由静电场能量分布与粉体最小点火能的比较结果表明,粉体的静电灾害主要是由孤立导体、人体及塑料构件的放电引起的。文中还提出了相应的防治对策。
In light of the limited charge in powder, this paper provides a theoretical model of the electrostatic field in a limited space with powder. A comparison between the energy distribution of electrostatic field and the minimum ignition energy shows that an electrostatic ignition risk may occur due to the discharge from charged isolated conductors, human bodies and plastics. Preventive measures are thereby suggested here against electrostatic hazards in industrial powder.
