摘要
通过对国内高速公路现行收费系统建设运行情况的研究 ,提出了高速公路网收费系统方案的设计原则和几种代表性的收费系统方案 ,构造了高速公路收费系统方案评价的指标体系以及AHP综合评价模型 ,并就浙江省高速公路网的收费系统方案进行了实证分析 ,为路网收费系统的选择提供了一种新的分析方法。
In this article, on the basis of the research on the actual situation of the construction and operation of expressway network tolling system, the principle of tolling system design has been put forward and several representative tolling system schemes have been designed, thus an indictor system for tolling system design appraisal and AHP comprehensive appraisal model have been constructed. Also on analysis is made on the tolling system of Zhejiang province expressway network. The articles provide a new analytical method for deeper research on how to select tolling system plan.
