摘要
通过对大学生性心理困扰的特点和原因的探讨 ,指出由于认知疗法具有简便易行、偏重于认知、教育式的方式等特点 ,因此 ,更适宜在解决大学生性心理困扰中应用 。
By inquiring into the characters and the causes of the sex psychology puzzle of the college students,this paper considers that it is more suitable to apply the cognitive therapy for the purpose of solving the sex psychology puzzle of the college students.
