摘要
性格对人的成长起着重要的作用。积极的性格特征在个体成才的过程中起推动作用,而消极的性格特征则起相反的抑制作用。因此,教育工作者应对青少年的性格加以引导,促使其良好性格的养成从而提高青少年的综合素质。
As we all know,charactar plays a very important role in one's growth,The positive charactar promotes an individual's growth,while the negative charactar restrains one's development.So the educators should guide the youngsters to develop good characteristics and to improve their comprehensive quality.
