摘要
文章主要提出抓住西部大开发的历史机遇来发展卫生事业。包括 3大问题 :(1)明确战略定位 ,确定奋斗目标 ;(2 )正确认识机遇 ,抓住用好机遇 ;(3)理清发展思路 ,制定有效对策。
The paper deals with the historical opportunity to develop health care in western areas of China. It includes three major issues: (1) Set up strategy orientation and define objectives; (2) Correctly recognize and full use this opportunity; (3) Clearly understand development thinking and establish development tagices.
