摘要
医院后勤社会化是医院管理改革的核心要求之一。近几年来 ,许多医院积极探索、大胆实践 ,寻找适合医院后勤社会化的管理模式。对为什么要医院后勤社会化和怎样实现医院后勤社会化做出更多思考 ,各种模式在实践中的探索 ,将会日趋成熟。展望医院后勤社会化的发展模式———集团型专业化、集约化、企业化的后勤服务集团。
The socialization of the catering system is one of the key components of hopspital management reform. In recent years, several hospitals have conducted more investigations and experiments on this issue. Hospital administrators are considering on the necessity and most appropriate managing model of socialization of the catering more mature. The prospective model of socialized catering system probably will be a professionally organized, concentrated and controlled entrprises.
