摘要
介绍了蛇床子洗剂的处方、制法、质量标准及体外抑菌作用。用薄层层析法鉴别了洗剂中的蛇床子、大黄和黄柏。体外抑菌试验结果表明,该洗剂对白色念珠菌有很强的抑菌作用,对金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、表皮葡萄球菌、八叠球菌、大肠杆菌均有不同程度的抑菌作用。
This paper introduce the prescription, the process,the quality standarol and the effect of antibacteria in vitro of the shechuangzi Lotion. The experiment of antibacteria in vitro shows that the shechuangzi Lotion has high effect on Candida albi-cans and some effect on Staphylococcus aureus,Pseuolomonas aeruginosa,Staphylococcus epiderimids,Micrococcus lutea,Escherichia coli.
