摘要
本文介绍了重症监护技术协作网络对网络中心 ICU护士进行专科护理培训的具体做法。其培训做法如下：①拟订培训预案；②确定量化指标；③确定培训形式；④采取定期考核；⑤实行专职带教。通过规范培训，效果显著。
The methods to trainning ICU nursing staff of intensive care technslogy cooprate network centre for special nursing are introduced. The trainning ways are as following: ① redacting train project in ad- vanced; ② fixing the quantity index; ③ fixing train form; ④ carrying on regular check; ⑤ carrying out full-time teach. it has achieved remarkable effect through standard train.
