摘要
“皇粮”不足与医院发展经费需求之间的矛盾是医院应着力解决的问题。为完成保障任务 ,医院应加强财务管理 ,努力拓宽增收渠道 ,严格预算管理 ,合理使用经费和有效规范物资采购。
The contradiction between insufficiency of “Imperial Rations”and the need for expenses in the development of the hospital is a problem that the hospital leadership should make big efforts to solve. In order to complete the task of supply, the hospital should enhance the administration of financial affairs, endeavor to widen the channels of increasing income, strictly manage the budget, rationally use expenses and well plan purchasing material.
