摘要
:在村民自治条件下 ,加强农村基层组织建设是农业和农村工作中的一项重要而紧迫的任务。完成这一任务 ,当前应着重从以下几方面入手 :进一步明确加强基层组织建设的指导思想和基本要求 ;加强以党支部为核心的村级组织配套建设 ,健全农村工作新格局 ;加强乡镇党委和政府的自身建设 ,充分发展乡镇党委领导核心作用 ,健全乡镇政府职能 ;加强乡村干部队伍建设 。
On the condition of the villagers' autonomy, it is an important and pressing task to strengthen the construction of primary organization in rural areas.To achieve this, the following should be paid special attention to: firstly, make the guiding ideology and basic requirements further clear; secondly, strengthen the construction of the village organization with the Party branch as its core; thirdly, strengthen the self-construction of township Party committee and government; lastly, strengthen the construction of cadre team in the rural areas and inject new vitality into it.
