摘要
该文重点分析了县级领导干部思维活动中的求实性、系统性、创新性的三个主要特征 ,并且从理论上阐述了把握每个特征的具体操作方法。
Three characteristics of practicality, systemization and originality are analyzed . Then the thesis states theoretically on how to handle them for the purpose of bringing the leaders' thinking to a higher level.
