摘要
具体阐述了健康的概念,健康教育与体育教育的关系。提出了高校体育进行健康教育的途径:体育理论课上对学生进行生理、心理的基础知识教育;在体育实践课中利用集体项目培养学生合作、竞争意识与能力;利用合理布置场地器材和越过障碍等项目改变大学生孤僻和恐惧心理;利用多种形式在全校形成健康教育的氛围,把健康教育贯穿于体育教育的全过程。
To understand health education through the relationship between it and PE is necessary for the reform of teaching, the self-de- velopment of college students and the conversion of the idea that 'health means no sickness'. Presented are ways to carry out health edu- cation in PE for higher education: the using of collective items to develop co-operative and competitive senses and abilities; the using of items like reasonably arranging equipment and crossing obstacles to change eccentric and fearful minds of them; the using of different means to form and atmosphere for health education in the whole university and make health education run through the whole process of PE.
